Yesterday was the first day at work, WE look weird wearing formal attire because everyone is like wearing smart casual. While walking to the bus stop, everyone was looking at us, like, why is this two guys wearing like that and carrying such a big bag? It felt weird.

At the main entrance of the whole industrial area.

Bicycles and electric bicycles! lots of them!

FamilyMart, Just like our 7-11. It's a convience store that is near to the office and sells everthing!

My work desk before i started doing anything

The guy's desk beside me. He's really gentle.

The polish architect who is a senior architect and an urban designer. The one scooping the rice. The guy in green is also an intern from china, and he is wearing a shirt that seng hwee has also. in a different colour.

My desk after I started doing work, lots of tracing paper.

Doing some masterplanning for a site for about 12000 people to live in. Like a hostel

How depressing it is to be raining after work? We walked in the rain to the bus stop. it's only drizzling and they told us it's heavy rain and that we should get an umbrella. Everybody is taking one or wearing a raincoat.

.

We had ice cream despite it is raining and it's quite cold already.
Mine is some grape yoghurt and Seng Hwee's ice cream is dumpling yoghurt.

I bought sausage by the roadside store, it's so so only. Not like the ones that you eat in singapore.

cooked instant noodles for dinner to avoid eating KFC. That's the only place we know that is near our house and that we can get food.

SLEEP TIME! The sun rises at 5 plus.

This is where we stay.

Beside our house, there's a river, not a canal

And there's lots of power line, we're staying near a power station

Public toilets like this are a common sight everywhere

Look how the foliage of the tree hangs over the pathway

(Above) We took a bus for the first time wanting to go and explore where the company is but we took the wrong side and end up at the bus interchange.

Printing of AO is 15yuan, which is about 3 Sing Dollars. Found this at the interchange.

Wet market at the back alley, the front looks nice but the back alleys are just dirty. Live fish and chicken are everywhere for sale.

Local food like these are also solded at the back alley

(Above) Some food that we bought at the wet market which is quite nice

(Above) Trying to look like the people in China. Oh, we keep looking on our right for the bus to come when the bus is coming from our left.

(Above) Oily fried rice that I ate, It's only 5rmb which is about 1 sing dollar.

(Above) Try looking at the oil

(Above) The bus number that we take to work every morning.

(Above) This drink is nice, I like it.

We went in to Changi Airport Terminal 3 and was about to start shopping, when we heard this announcement that the gate of China Eastern Airlines is closing. Seng hwee and me ran to the gate only to find out it has just opened for boarding!

Reached Pudong Airport in Shanghai, took a 2 hour journey to Suzhou Industrial Park. Got to the apartment at about 7pm
